This is Emma’s quilt and my first attempt at this “Hugs and Kisses” design. Now it’s my go-to baby quilt pattern.
It’s paper pieced which creates perfectly aligned blocks but pulling the paper off the back once it’s all together is rather monotonous. A good project to keep my hands busy when I’m sitting in front of the TV.
The quilting was done entirely on my trusty Bernina sewing machine.

Ava’s quilt. Same pattern. Just different colors.
Here I’ve included a photo of both the front and the back of the quilt.

Charlie’s quilt. Yet another of the same design but instead of a border, I carried the design all the way to the edge of the quilt.

I decided to go a different route with this one and made a crib quilt for baby Maeve. This is the first one I quilted on my new Brother Dream Quilter.
